1. Print this ring sizer to scale.
2. Measure the inner diameter of the standard ring by placing it on the different circles until you find the corresponding size.

The outer line of the circle should brush against the inside of your ring. The size written below the circle is the one you need to order.

If you don't have a standard ring. You can print this ring sizer on thick paper and using a cutter, remove the inside of the circles.

Then simply run your finger through each hole until you find the size that suits you.
