With the spread of the Coronavirus, governments and businesses are taking steps to prevent a new outbreak.

Our order pickers are therefore subject to constraints (childcare, sick leave, health, etc.) that we all face in the face of the virus. This is why it is possible that there may be delays in delivery as well as in the processing of your claims.

In addition, and regarding the current political situation, some products may have delays in delivery, due to difficulties in the supply of certain materials.

Shipping Information

All orders are prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 hours by our teams (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Diamants de Paris provides worldwide deliveries.

Each time an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email and a second email with your shipping confirmation including your order tracking number.

In periods of high activity, the preparation of the order can take 72 hours or 3 working days.

The choice of carrier as well as the price may vary depending on the weight, quantity, availability of the products and the amount of the basket, as well as the country of shipment.

By Colissimo (home delivery, pick-up point, post office, from 3 to 7 working days).

If an order for multiple items is linked to different vendors, then the items are sent separately.

Shipping costs

The cost of delivery for an order of less than 100€ of purchases is 4,90€ and above this sum this delivery cost is cancelled. Paris Diamonds reserves the right to change this cost over a short period of time or to cancel them. This modification does not require any prevention with the customers of the site.
