Refund Policy

Buying a piece of jewelry can be a stressful time, especially when it's done remotely, or it's a gift. In order for you to be able to try on your jewellery in peace and make sure that it suits you perfectly, we offer you the possibility to return your jewellery for a full refund or in some cases a credit note, within 14 days (see return conditions).

Our refund period can take up to 2 months from the correct consideration.

RETURN CASES

Definitive return

You are not satisfied with the piece of jewelry you received and would like to return it for a refund. 

Exchange

You are not satisfied with the jewel you received and want to exchange it for another Les Diamants de Paris model. 

RETURN POLICY

You can return your jewellery to us within 14 days of receipt, for a refund or exchange, provided that: 

  • The jewel is in perfect condition, complete in its original packaging. The jewellery must not have been worn, worn, altered, washed or damaged.
  • The jewel has not already been sent back for resizing.
  • Your previous purchase has not been permanently returned.
  • The jewellery has been returned within 14 days of receipt.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Any order that is on sale or discounted cannot be refunded but only exchanged.
  • We are not responsible for delays in delivery due to any strike action by carriers.

    This will not entitle you to a refund of delivery costs.

Any return orders not placed by our after-sales service will take much longer to process.

We are not responsible for delays in delivery due to any strike action by carriers.

This will not entitle you to a refund of delivery costs.
